Your email address is collected only to manage the R.G. DeGuire mailing list and send occasional artist updates such as new music, releases, studio notes or related news.
For a voluntary newsletter, the subscription flow is designed around a clear, affirmative opt-in. The checkbox is intentionally not pre-selected. The exact legal basis and wording should be validated against the final use case and provider setup.
